3438402 - Unable to export reports - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Users are unable to export reports from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0. The issue occurs when attempting to download or export a report to Excel.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to onboarding 1.0;
  2. Go to Reports;
  3. Go to Advanced Reports;
  4. Select the desired report;
  5. Click on "To Excel";
  6. Normally the report should have download/export and it is not.

Cause

One possible cause of this issue is when the selected report is too large or contains a large amount of data. 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Adjust the filter settings of the report to retrieve data in smaller parts.
  2. Modify the filter criteria to narrow down the data selection and reduce the size of the report.
  3. Retry exporting the report to Excel.
  4. If the issue persists, consider splitting the report into smaller sections or generating multiple reports with different filters.
