3438519 - Message CC070 occurs in t-code CC03 when check BOM changes for change number

Symptom

In t-code CC03, change number is already assigned to BOMs. However, when checking BOM changes for change number in Environment -> Reporting -> Bill of Material, message CC070 occurs and system cannot capture changes.
