3438528 - Users deleted from the IdP do not result in a deleted SAC user

  • With a custom SAML Identity Provider enabled, if I delete a user from the IdP (ex. Azure, SAP IAS, Okta, etc..) the same user does not get deleted from SAC after I have used "dynamic user creation" to originally import those users into SAC
  • SAC users remain and still consume a SAC license, even though the user has been deleted or does not exist from the IdP side after originally mapping them in using 'dynamic user creation'
