When having difficulty scaling SAP Hybris/Commerce. The garbage collector conflicts with the region cache when traffic is high. Short-term measures included increasing RAM and limiting cache sizes.
However, the customer is looking for a sustainable solution and therefore they ideally want to separate the region cache into the off-heap.
Questions: What options are there to use the off-heap of the EHCache in Hybris/Commerce?
Hybris version has the EHCache integrated in version 2.10.6.
