3438542 - The System Information Does not Display the "Valid To" Date

You want to know the System's validity. However, the system information only shows the "Active From" date and not the "Active To" date.

• Go to Service Control Center work center
• Go to Systems View
• Select the system you want to know the information

In the details, only the "Active From" date is visible; the "Active To" date field is empty.

There is no expiration date concept specifically for the tenant.

The "Active From/To" field within the tenant's information provides clarity on the timeframe during which a specific tenant was operational, even after its termination, particularly relevant for decommissioned tenants. The allocation of tenants and their corresponding license usage is determined by the licenses acquired in the contract.

Users can access these specifics in SAP4Me using their key user ID or alternatively, they can contact their Customer Experience (CE) representatives for assistance in obtaining this information.
