3438613 - SmartEdit shows a blank screen after upgrading build to SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.16

You have already deployed a successful build which has been upgraded to 2211.16 or later, and you got started using your SmartEdit environment, but after logging in, a blank screen appears with the browser console showing the following errors:
