Symptom
In Employment Details -> Time off balances as of termination date, incorrect balance is shown.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Search for inactive employee
- Navigate to Employment Details portlet.
- Time off balances as of termination date is showing incorrect balance (i.e it doesn't match with the Time Account balance in Admin Workbench).
Resolution
- It is recommended to assign a Termination Rule to Time Account Types which have any kind of accrual rule(say only Hire rule is assigned to a Time Account Type).
- Go to Manage Data -> Select Time Account Type, and add a rule in Termination Rule.
