3438653 - Users not able to register to the class

Users are encountering an error message that states "Registration not available - error.CourseHome.Schedule." when attempting to register to a schedule class from their library.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to SuccessFactors> Access My Learning

2. Browse All Courses

3. Search and open the course

4. Register to available class

5. Error 'Registration not available - error.CourseHome.Schedule.ShoppingAccountDisabled' occurs.

The user has an associated shopping account, but the 'Enable Shopping Account' setting is disabled.

To resolve the issue, kindly follow the steps outlined below to enable the 'Enable Shopping Account' setting for the user.

Access Learning Administration-> People-> Users-> search the user and open their record-> Open 'Finance'-> Check/Enabled the setting 'Enable Shopping Account'-> Apply Changes'

[Note : The course whether it is instructor-led or instructor-led with online content requires the user to have an active shopping account, and this applies to both free and cost associated items.]
