3438825 - Download XML document in the Create Correspondence app

The requirement is to download the correspondence document in XML in the Create Correspondence app.

1. Enter the Create Correspondence app.
2. In the front end screen, the 'Download to XML' button is not available.

The download XML button is not available by default in the Create Correspondence app.

The download XML button becomes available when the "?DownloadXML=true" parameter is added at the end of the app's URL.
