3438996 - The PW parameter on the BSI Interface for tips is also considering the regular income

Symptom

You are running a payroll for an employee that has both a regular and a tips payment on the same pay period.

On this scenario, you noticed that the PW (Pay Period Wages) parameter on the BSI Interface for the tips calculation is also considering the regular income. Your expectation is that only the tips amount should be considered.

Example:

The payroll is run for an employee with a regular income of 1017.03 plus a tips payment of 500.00.

On the BSI Interface of the tips calculation, you see the following on the PW parameter:

The system is displaying PW: 1517.03 which is the sum of the regular and tips amounts (1017.03 + 500.00).

You would expect the PW to be just PW: 500.00 as this is the tips amount.
