3439036 - Team Absence Calendar Behaviour for Managers with Concurrent Employment

A manager which maintains a concurrent employment cannot see the absence of the Direct Reports, also with Concurrent Employment, in the Team Absence Calendar

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Proxy as manager with Concurrent Employment
2. Go to Team Absence Calendar
3. Employee's are not visible in TAC

Expected behaviour

• In the case of concurrent employment, the search feature in the Team Absence Calendar returns only the primary employment.
• If an employee is on concurrent employment, and if they have the same manager for both jobs, then the manager will see the employee as two separate users under their direct reports in the Team Absence Calendar. The employee will view the peers depending on the user with which they log in.
