3439070 - Proposal link in email returning error message

When opening a proposal through link received in email, error message "Action is not available in this status. " is shown.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. In quote generation document, select the option Include Proposal Link
2. Send the email
3. In the email received, open the link of type: http://[environment].cpq.cloud.sap/viewproposal.aspx?q=[key]
4. A page is opened with error message.

Incorrect settings in permissions.

The user settings taken into consideration when viewing proposal is defined in "Email Customers / Quote Acceptance Settings", specifically in setting "User used for Quote Acceptance". Therefore, the workflow permissions and settings are considered. 

View Proposal action should be enabled for the start -> end status and user type should be part of permission for the action.
