After selecting a mentoring program as a mentee and selecting Show Recommended Mentors, receive an error:

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager
• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Development
3. Select the Mentoring tab
4. Select the Open Enrollment tab
5. Locate a program and select Sign Up As Mentee
6. Select Join
7. Populate at least one comment > Select Show Recommended Mentors
8. Receive error

There are duplicate job codes

• Run the check tool for Job Description Manager and make corrections based on  Checks for JDM, JPB & TIH in Check Tool | SAP Help Portal. 
• (Employee Central) Ensure all active employee mentors have the latest job code associated to them. Since job code changes can be effective dated, the active employees may not have an active job code assigned.
