3439191 - AIX: mmstartup command fails during staring GPFS

You issue mmstartup command to start GPFS.

The command failed due to following error:

mmstartup:

[E] the command has exceeded maximum number of retries to reach the CCR service on majority of all the quorum nodes.

One possible cause is that the GPFS daemon is starting on the majority of quorum nodes and is not fully initialised.

You may see the ."TLS handshake cancelled" or "handle CCR req: server not yet started" error message in the mmfs.log file.

If this is the case, retry the command after the GPFS daemon is fully initialised on the majority of the quorum nodes.

Mmstartup:6027-1639 command failed.
Examine previous error messages to determine cause.
