3439431 - Manage Pending Hires Error: "There was an error for this user while another account was being saved"

• An error occurs when hiring/rehiring an employee in Manage Pending Hires
• An error occurs when adding Time Information for an employee

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Manage Pending Hire
2. Fill in the Time Information for the selected employee
3. On saving the error "There was an error for this user while another account was being saved" occurs

Or;

1. An employee is hired without Time Information
2. Attempt to add Time Info via Job Info or Take Action
3. On saving the error "There was an error for this user while another account was being saved" occurs

This is due to rule configuration

Ensure that there is no rule changing/extending the Booking Possible From date of the Time Account.

The system is trying to create a Time Account for the employee based on the Time Account Type configuration and employee data. However, there is a rule attempting to create the Time Account with alternative configuration.

To identify the rule, please do a Rule Trace and review the log file: 2257064 - Employee Central - Business Rule Execution Log 

As a workaround, if it is necessary to change the Bookable start/end dates, please use and Interim Account Update rule to make the changes
