3439501 - Unable to run Program Object, fails with error: "Running the program failed with error code 1"

• Unable to run Program Object, fails with error: "Running the program failed with error code 1"
• Able to run the program/ bat file directly on the server without any issues.
• The Program Object fails when called from the BusinessObjects.
• Below error is observed in the Adaptive Job Server/ Child logs:
