3439521 - SAP Convergent Charging - Cannot update the SLD due to an I/O error

Symptom

After setting up a load balancer for SLD (such as ASCS), the SLD registration no longer works.

Plus, in the dispatcher, the logs show "Cannot update the SLD due to an I/O error" and, when enabled, the SLD-related traces show a 401 HTTP error returned by SLD.
