3439534 - Growth Portfolio shows different results for different users

Symptom

Growth Portfolio shows different results for different users. some users sees the core attributes added to their Growth Portfolio, and others see blank screen and have to Add. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Resolution

If you are JPB(COC) enabled customer, whenever any Ratings happens in PMU, those ratings will be stored in JPB(COC) side.
Once you enable Capability portfolio then only you will be able to see those records in Capability Portfolio.
In you system it is not enabled. But still records will be there in JPB(COC).
Now since you are enabled Growth Portfolio, the same records will be migrated to TIH and so you are able to see them on Growth Portfolio screen.
If the records are not there for few users in JPB/COC side, for them you will not be able to see the records in Growth Portfolio.
