3439606 - Contract Account is not displayed on 'Manage Subscription Order' app

Symptom

Contract Account is not getting displayed on existing SOM Orders while displaying it on APP 'Manage Subscription Order'. Also, while creating a new SOM order it's not allowed to select the Contract Account at item level. This issue usually occurs after a system upgrade.
