3439692 - Error XS857 on SOST when sending emails

Symptom

  • When attempting to send an email from SOST, a failure with the error code 'XS857' raises on SOST. Upon reviewing the long text message, a similar message is displayed as follows:




 "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
