Symptom
You sent a Status Update Request (SUR) from ERP to change the invoice status to any status required by you in Ariba Network, however even though the Status Update Request shows COMPLETED in the Transaction Tracker of your Managed Gateway for Spend & Network with no errors, when you check the invoice document in Ariba Network the status is not changed.
