3439792 - Error: "Commerce Cloud SLA" in Composable Storefront 2211.19

Symptom

The Composable Storefront 2211.19 version can't be displayed in SAP Commerce Cloud, only those with an older version. In case there are only Composable Storefronts with the 2211.19 version, the "Commerce Cloud SLA" message is displayed in a blank screen. Along with that, below error can be observed in JS Storefront logs:

The index file has not been found under: /opt/jsapps/<jsapp_name>, for jsapp: <jsapp_name>. - Skipping.
