3439804 - Candidate Profile - An exception was encountered while uploading the Attachment - Recruiting Management

When uploading an attachment to Candidate Profile, an error is displayed "An exception was encountered while uploading the Attachment".

1. Try to upload a resume in Candidate Profile.
2. An error is displayed "An exception was encountered while uploading the Attachment".

This is a generic error. A possible cause is that the OData API Entity Candidate is not found.

Refresh the metadata via Admin Center -> OData API Metadata Refresh and Export.

If the error persists, please open a Support ticket including the following details.

1. Company ID
2. Support Access
3. Steps to reproduce the error
4. Career Site URL (if external candidate)
5. Approval to create a dummy candidate profile from external career site (if external candidate)
