When using the browser login for a SuccessFactors SFTP account - after entering username and password, land on a page with error

• Use the following URL to login to your SF SFTP account
• Note - the below URL is an example from SFTP DC4 - if your SFTP account is on a different DC, replace everything before successfactors.com with your URL - do not change the end part /EFTClient/Account/Login.htm

https://sftp4.successfactors.com/EFTClient/Account/Login.htm

• You will land on the login page as normal (https://sftp4.successfactors.com/Web/Account/Login.htm) - enter you username and password 
• When you click login - you will land on the error page

• The URL ending with /EFTClient/Account/Login.htm is invalid 
• The SFTP application version upgrade has been carried out in all the SFSF Data Centers.
• The web URL has changed since the version upgrade and while the EFTClient URL did work in the past, it will no longer work

1. Customers should always connect using the SFTP root URL - example -  https://sftp4.successfactors.com, (see KBA - 2250792 - SFTP Public IP Addresses and URL's for Data Centres, for the root URL for all SFTP servers). This will take you directly to the appropriate page.
2. If you have saved link or bookmark for access to your SFTP login page - please ensure it updated to the correct login URL
3. If you are still getting redirected to the invalid EFTClient URL - please clear your browser cache and cookies
