The candidate is still appearing under the position, even after the process has been cancelled due to a no-show. All the necessary configurations are in place.

The event reason provided for cancellation was different from "No Show".

To remove the candidate from the Org Chart, it's necessary to have "Event Reason" listed as "No Show" at the time of cancellation.

To verify if this was done, go to Manage Data > Process Trigger > Search for the candidate's Onboarding Process ID > Check if the "Event Reason for Onboarding Cancellation" is listed as "No Show".
