Symptom
You would like to understand how to hide the Knowledge Base section in the right pane of your cases, as you do not need it for your business scenario.
Environment
SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
Resolution
You can hide the section using the adaptation mode, following the steps below:
- Navigate to Cases work list.
- Open any case.
- Click on the User Menu.
- Click Start Adaptation.
- Click to edit the Knowledge Base tab.
- Click on the Hide option.
- Click End Session in the Adaptation mode.
Please notice that these changes need to be done for each case type, as the changes done via Adaptation are compatible with the UI view per case type.
