3440181 - The top menu disappears after clicking 'Display <-> Change' in transaction SM59 for SAP_BASIS 731 SP 10.

Symptom

Following the recommendation from KBA 1902003:
"If the ARFC* jobs needs to be stopped from being created:

Go to transaction SM59 -> Edit the corresponding RFC destination -> Edit -> tRFC Option -> Set "Suppress background job if conn. error" = "X"."

After clicking on 'Display <-> Change' in SM59, the top menu will disappear:


This issue was only observed with SAP_BASIS 731 SP 10.
