SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Customer is adding custom field CreatedByUser in email templates, but it appears the CB user rather than the person full name.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition
Cause
This is the standard behavior.
Resolution
There is no Full Name of User that created invoice available in billing output management. The email template is based on CDS view I_BILLINGDOCUMENT and the CreatedByUser is always the technical user.
