3440274 - RE-FX: Valuation - No depreciation calculated for a new valuation step with a lease reduction

When a lease modification results in an asset reduction and the creation of a new valuation step for a contract subject to valuation, the new valuation step may not calculate depreciation for the new valuation period. This issue often occurs particularly if the asset value was previously reduced due to partial subletting or unplanned depreciation
