3440282 - Candidates encounter an error when opening PDC, when custom MDFs are used in the hire template

Symptom

- Candidates encounter an error when opening the Provide Personal Data task (PDC)
- The error message displayed is: "errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'mdfCoreFieldIds'), errorName=TypeError,"
- This issue occurs when custom MDFs are used in the hire template.
