3440283 - System Status appears as blank in the app 'Display Material Serial Number ' (IQ09)

In the 'Display Material Serial Number' app  (IQ09) , the System Status is blank when added to the layout

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Asset Management

1. Access the app 'Display Material Serial Number'
2. Press Execute
3. Click on button "Current..."
4. Add the Field "System Status" to the Displayed Columns list
5. Press Adopt button
6. System Status column is displayed , but blank

The List was designed this way to reduce runtime and data load.

       A.Setup List layout first

1. Start Display Material Serial Number app and enter the selection criteria
2. Execute
3. You receive a list without any status column
4. Than press the [Current …] button (Crtl+F8) to influence the layout
5. Choose the additional field 'System Status'
6. Save the new layout; depending on your requirement this layout is user specific or default …

 

       B.Usage of the recently designed layout

1. Start Display Material Serial Number app anew
2. Enter your selection criteria
3. Enter the layout including the status on the selection screen (if not defaulted)
4. Execute
5. You receive the list with status information in the status column.
