3440306 - The Limitations of Sender Address Field in Master template

When maintaining the sender address field in master template, some contents cannot be displayed in the preview.

1. Go to Application and User Management -> Master Template Maintenance.
2. Choose the maser template and click Edit.
3. Maintain the contents in the Sender Addre.ss Field
4. The contents are missing in the preview.

There are some limitations of the Sender Address Field. If the content is out of the limitation, it will be ignored when preview.

The followings are the limitations of the Sender Address field.

1. The max number of characters is 255.
2. The max row is three.
3. For each row, there is a max length and the content can only be shown less than or equal to this length. For the max length, please refer to the following image, the content in one row cannot exceed this length.
   
4. If the content in one row exceeds the max length, the exceeded content will automatically move to the next row.
   
5. If the last letter of the row exceed the max length, the whole last word will automatically move to the next row.
   
6. The limitation cannot be changed in master template. If it is necessary to exceed the limitation, A custom form template without master template is needed. It is possible to hardcode the sender details directly into the custom form template.
