Reporting Author is unable to edit report schedule - edit button greyed out

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite
• Report Centre - My Schedules

1. Access report centre
2. Select on top right "View schedule"
3. select "My Schedules" tab
4. on the right side of the job, under Action > select the three dot
5. There is a list of action: Run now, Delete, Cancel, View Jobs and Edit
6. edit button is greyed out

Once report is scheduled, edit button become inactive (greyed out), author cannot edit the job

Once a report is scheduled the edit button become greyed out.

For user to be able to edit, the jobs has to be cancelled first then edit option will become active.

Here the steps to follow

1. Access report centre
2. Select on top right "View schedule"
3. select "My Schedules" tab
4. on the right side of the job, under Action > select the three dot
5. There is a list of action : Run now
   Delete
   Cancel
   View Jobs
   Edit
6. Once report is scheduled > edit button is greyed out
7. To edit > Cancel job > then the edit become Active
8. User can now access edit button
