3440323 - When User Navigates To Competitor Product Finds Competitor Product Overview is Blank

The competitor product overview is blank when the user navigates to a competitor product from competitor overview

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Marketing work center
2. Go to competitors view
3. Select any competitor (which has products maintained) 
4. In Competitor Overview , select any of the competitor product ID
5. Navigate to the competitor product data
6. As you enter the Competitor Product Overview, the view is empty

This issue is scheduled to be resolved in a future release of our software.

As a workaround you can follow one of the below,

1. Instead of navigating on competitor product directly from competitor overview, follow below steps:

• Go to Marketing work center
• Go to competitors view
• Select any competitor (which has products maintained) 
• Go to view all
• Navigate to Competitor Products tab
• Choose the product ID.
• The Competitor product overview has data

2. Search for the competitor product from the 'Competitor Products' Work center view, user can find  the competitor product details 

• Go to Marketing work center
• Go to competitor products view
• Search for competitor product
• The Competitor product overview has data
