3440370 - MLCCS009 error during order settlement

When you are doing order settlement, you get error:

MLCCS009 Internal error in LCL_ACTIVITY_COST_SETTLEMENT method CHECK_AND_RESCALE position 2 with RC

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

It's due to program error. The non event-based orders with cross-year data will get this kind of issue.

The hotfix will be delivered with hotfix on weekend of 16th Mar. 2024.

But for existing order with problem, you need to report case to SAP for adjustment.

SAP will help you to execute report in backend system to split the order cost with S price as a workaround.

If you have exeperienced the same error, suggest you to make test run for all plants a few days before the actual period end closing. So if you get the error, you can report case to SAP for fixing beforehand.
