3440406 - 'Remove' option is missing from the item's Online Content settings

The 'Remove' and 'Move' options are not present in the 'More' option within the Online Content settings of the item.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into SuccessFactors HCM > Access Learning Administration >
2. Navigate to Learning Activities > Items > search for the required item and open the record >
3. Go to the 'Online Content' tab > Click on the 'More' button (the three dots sign) > 
4. The 'Remove' and 'Move' options are not present and there is a message: "This item was completed by one or more users and therefore the content structure cannot be updated. Please revise the item to update the content structure".

The LMS_ADMIN configuration may have the "lockItemContentStructure=" property enabled (lockItemContentStructure=true).

In order for the 'Remove' and 'Move' options to be visible in the online content settings of the item, the "lockItemContentStructure=" property needs to be disabled at Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN > lockItemContentStructure=false
