3440537 - Error "Geocode for account is not defined" Shows While Using DVP

Error "Geocode for account is not defined" or "Geocode for A account is not defined" shows while using Multi-day Planning in the Cockpit or Optimizing the visit lists (A refers to Account name).

• SAP Dynamic Visit Planning Add-on 

1. Go to Dynamic Visit Planning Work Center -> Cockpit View 
2. Select one date range 
3. Select "Planning Attributes "
4. Select some accounts 
5. Click "Multi-day Planning" Button
6. Under the Skipped Account tab, you see the error "Geocode for account is not defined"

Or

1. Try to optimize any visit list in the Visit List View or Cockpit View or Visit List tab under Route Group detailed View
2. It shows the error "Geocode for A account is not defined" (A refers to Account name)

• If "Latitude" and "Longitude" are defined under Addresses Tab of Account Detailed View for the account, DVP will consume this geocoordinate directly. 
  
• If "Latitude" and "Longitude" are Not defined under Addresses Tab of Account Detailed View for the account, the third-party Here map is used to determine the geocoordinate for DVP along with the address maintained under this Addresses tab. Please note that it's mandatory to maintain the Country and Postal Code under Addresses Tab of Account Detailed View for Here Map to do geocoordinate determination. If the geocoordinate cannot be determined, the address with the postal code might not be valid. For example, the address maintained refers to postal code B, but a different postal code C is maintained. Then this postal code mismatch make geocoordinate cannot be determined.

• Maintain your expected "Latitude" and "Longitude" are defined under Addresses Tab of Account Detailed View for the account

• If "Latitude" and "Longitude" cannot be defined under Addresses Tab of Account Detailed View for the account, please maintain a valid address with a valid postal code. It's mandatory to maintain Country and Postal Code. In particular, the postal code needs to be correct according to your maintained address. Please wait about 30min for background job running after the change before new testing.
