3440705 - Some standard fields are not visible for operators in the job application - Recruiting Management

Some standard fields have been configured and permissioned in the job application template. However, they are not visible for the job requisition operators in the application page of candidates.

The fields are:

• city
• zip
• state
• address
• homePhone

The fields have not been configured in the candidate profile template.

The fields mentioned are considered as summary information. If these fields are only defined in the application template and not in the candidate profile template, they will not appear anywhere in the user interface (UI) on the application details page. This behavior has been confirmed by Engineering as expected.

To address this issue, a workaround is to define these fields in the candidate profile template so that they appear under the "More Information" section.

Ideally, these fields should also be included in the candidate profile, allowing for synchronization between the application and the profile. There is no reason to collect summary information in the application but not in the profile. Otherwise, candidates would need to repeatedly enter this information each time they apply, as there would be no fields in the profile to sync with.
