How the Date Format is defined in Onboarding.

Resolution
In Onboarding, the date format on the Data Review pages is determined by the candidate's locale.
For example, English US format is (mm-dd-yyyy) and English UK format is (dd-mm-yyyy).
In the case of documents, if you are using DocuSign, you also need to check the format set at the DocuSign end.
