3440814 - IBP: Planning Run Monitor does not generate inputs for failed execution

You are running Optimizer or Finite Heuristic and you observe that for a failed execution (no solution found for example) with option to generate planning run results the Planning Run Monitor (PRM) App does not show the inputs from the failed execution.
