3440837 - Error: Budget category not allowed; active budget control not scoped

Error when trying to post a Journal Entry Voucher.
Message error: Budget category not allowed; active budget control not scoped

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to General Ledger Work Center > Journal Entry Vouchers view
2. Search for the Journal Entry Voucher ID: XYZ
3. Click Actions > Post
4. The error occurs
   
   Budget category not allowed; active budget control not scoped

The scoping question "Do you want to perform budget checks during the integrated procurement or manual invoicing process?" is not active

Scope the question "Do you want to perform budget checks during the integrated procurement or manual invoicing process?" 

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center > Implementation Projects view
2. Select the Implementation Project and click Edit Project Scope
3. Go to Step #4 - Questions
4. Navigate under Financial and Management Accounting > Management Accounting > Financial Planning
5. Scope the question "Do you want to perform budget checks during the integrated procurement or manual invoicing process?"
6. Save your changes
7. Try to post the Journal Entry voucher again
