3440869 - Redirect Error to IAS Logout page when Logout from LMS

SAC and IAS were previously enabled in BIZX but later disabled and integration settings removed.

Despite SAC and IAS not being currently integrated with BIZX and LMS, logging out from the Learning page redirects to the IAS logout page and displays an error.

1. Enable pop-ups and redirects for your LMS domain in browser settings.
2. Login to BIZX instance, navigate to Learning, and then logout.
3. Observe that the page redirects to the IAS logout page.

The SAC logout ACS URL was not removed in Provisioning > Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings.

When logging out from LMS, the system also sends a request to logout BIZX and SAC.
If the SAC logout ACS URL is configured, the page will be redirected to IAS and an error will be displayed.
To resolve this, remove the SAC logout ACS URL from the Provisioning > Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings.

If you don't have access to Provisioning, please create a case under LOD-SF-LMS component and ask SAP Support to remove the setting.
