3440954 - Ranking behavior in Calibration session

Symptom

  • If we launch 1 calibration session, with 2 Managers, each with 2 Direct Reports, e.g. Manager A has Direct Reports Employee A and Employee B, and Manager B has Direct Reports Employee C and Employee D.
  • Manager A rates Employee A and Employee B with the rating Fully Effective with rank 1 and rank 2 respectively, and Manager B rates Employee C and Employee D with the same rating Fully Effective with rank 1 and rank 2 respectively.
  • Based on our observation, after manager B does the rating & ranking for Employee C & D, the ranking for Employee A & B disappears.
