Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Marketing work center.
  2. View: Campaign Management.
  3. Sub-view: Campaigns.

Cause

It is not possible to send PDF documents instead of HTML via mass email campaigns in SAP Business Bydesign.

Resolution

This is expected system standard behavior.
