3441100 - Not able to find Scale_for_R3.exe file to download in SAP

Symptom

While trying to setup Weight Scale in SAP, user is not able to find Scale_for_R3.exe to download and install. Due to this it's not possible to setup RFC connection for Scale Profile in HUPAST transaction.
