3441235 - No option to select job requisition template when creating new job req - Recruiting Management

When creating a job requisition, users do not see the option to select job requisitions template and are directly redirected to the Short Form Requisition page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting > Job Requisitions
2. Create New
3. User is directed to Short Form Requisition page and skips the page "Select Job Requisitions Template" so user does not get option to select job req template

1. The user has the permission "Permission to Create Forms" for only one job requisition template.
2. The user has the permission "Permission to Create Forms" for multiple job requisition templates, but the job requisition templates are disabled in "Form Template Settings".

Please make sure that all job requisition templates are enabled.

1. Admin Center > Form Template Settings
2. Check box for affected job requisition templates
3. Click Enable

When a user has the permission for only job requisition template, they will be directly redirected to the Short Form Requisition page. Please review the Role-based Permission "General User Permission" -> "Permission to Create Forms" if there are other templates that users need to select.
