3441249 - Service plan for Integration Suite can not be added due to quota used up

Symptom

The number of SAP Integration Suite tenants can be provisioned is based on the license you purchase. For example, you have a license with 4 quota of "Integration suite Premium Edition" and you have provisioned 1 to 3 Integration Suite (ISuite) tenants successfully. There is still some quota of "Integration suite Premium Edition" available as per your license. However when you try to provision other ISuite tenants and add "Integration Suite" service plan in SAP BTP Cockpit, you get the following warning:

You have already used all the global account quota for this service plan. To add this service plan, purchase more quota or remove quota from other subaccounts.
