You would like to delete an inbound delivery, however when trying to do it, you receive the following message:

The delivery can be a stock transport order and this means there is also corresponding outbound delivery with the same quantity from the source plant.

To cancel a delivery, you need to set the quantity to zero. However, note that if there are any remaining items with quantities maintained on the logistics execution (LE) side, those items should also be canceled.

To cancel the delivery items that still have quantities on the LE side, follow these steps:

1. Access the Change Inbound Delivery APP;
2. Locate the items that need to be canceled;
3. Select the items and click on the delete button;
4. Save the changes made to the delivery document.

By following these steps, you can effectively cancel the delivery items that still have quantities maintained on the LE side and you will be able to zero out the delivery on the EWM side.
