3441328 - Instance Refresh failed with "Reverted" status

Unable to proceed with Instance Refresh via Tool with "Reverted" status in Validation Error. No specific error, just "Reverted".

This error is due to having a huge number of stale table functions from AYT export/import. It is taking longer time than expected and became very slow which leads to timeout and IRT failure.

A clean-up and cache cleanup should be done for the impacted Instance. Please raise a ticket to LOD-SF-PLT-IRT.

Please be mindful of the Reverted status as not all "Reverted" means the same, look closely at the error log file as well.
