3441358 - Message error No. CG014 - "The graphics profile does not exist" appears when trying to create STMS Routes configuration

Symptom

Unable to create STMS Routes configuration. The below error appears:

"Graphics profile STRW, SWBOCUSTOMIZ, 0 is not available Message No. CG014 - The graphics profile does not exist.

System Response Processing is not continued. Procedure If you have the relevant authorization, maintain the profile."
